Sample Pack Licence Terms
The Sounds contained within this Sample Pack remain the property of Totally Dubwise Recordings (collectively, the "Licensor") and are licensed to you as the original end-user (the "Licensee") for use subject to the provisions below.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by the Licensor.
1. The Licensee may use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within musical productions, including but not limited to recordings, soundtracks, films, television programmes, radio productions, commercials, computer games, multimedia presentations, library music, public performances, and other reasonable musical purposes within musical compositions.
2. The Licensee may edit, modify, manipulate, process, and adapt the Sounds and may use them for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition containing additional original musical elements.
3. The Licensee may not:
o Use the Sounds in isolation as standalone sound effects.
o Release, distribute, sell, licence, or otherwise make available the Sounds as loops, samples, presets, or sound recordings for use by third parties.
o Include the Sounds, whether unchanged or modified, in any competing sample library, sample pack, sound collection, or other product intended for resale or redistribution.
o Transfer, sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise provide access to the Sounds to another user.
o Upload the Sounds to any server, file-sharing service, sample marketplace, or distribution platform for access by third parties.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted only to the original Licensee and is non-transferable.
5. The Licensor makes no warranty that the Sounds will meet the particular requirements or intended purpose of the Licensee.
Commercial Usage & Royalty Freedom
· Purchasing a licence from Totally Dubwise Recordings gives you 100% royalty-free commercial rights to use the Sounds in your music.
· Monetise Your Music: Keep 100% of your earnings from Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Bandcamp, direct YouTube monetisation, and other streaming and download platforms.
· Sync & Live Use: Use your finished productions in TV, film, games, radio, podcasts, and live DJ performances without paying ongoing royalties.
Digital Fingerprinting (YouTube Content ID)
To protect all producers using this sample pack from receiving false automated copyright claims, tracks containing these Sounds must not be registered with exclusive digital fingerprinting services, including, but not limited to, YouTube Content ID. This restriction helps ensure that you and every other producer using the pack can release, distribute, and monetise your music without triggering automated copyright conflicts.
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
The Licensee shall not use the Sounds, in whole or in part, to train, test, develop, improve, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, sound synthesis, audio generation, or similar automated system or model.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
